Legend Management Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. This policy explains how we handle that information. Our head office is at NHIF Building, 3rd Floor, off Ragati Road, P. O. Box 47115-00100, Nairobi, Kenya.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry or request a viewing, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property or unit of interest, preferred viewing details, and message. We also receive the page from which you submitted the request.
Why we use it
We use enquiry and viewing information to respond to you, arrange a viewing, provide relevant property information, and maintain a record of our communication. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract, to meet legal obligations, or for Legend Management’s legitimate interests in operating its property services. We do not sell personal information or use it for direct marketing unless you separately agree to that use.
Your choice to provide information
Providing information through an enquiry or viewing form is voluntary. However, we may be unable to respond, arrange a viewing, or provide the requested property information if you do not provide the contact details needed for that request.
Service providers and international transfers
We use Cloudflare to host and protect this website, and may use an enquiry service and email provider to receive and respond to requests. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services. Some processing may occur outside Kenya. Before making an international transfer, we will use appropriate safeguards or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and security features provided by our service providers. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep website enquiries and viewing requests for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you, then delete or anonymise them unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim or legal obligation. Transaction, contract, invoice, and accounting records are kept separately for up to 10 years where required for legal, tax, or record-keeping purposes. We review retained information periodically.
Cookies and analytics
This site stores one necessary browser preference after you dismiss the cookie notice. If you accept, we may use privacy-respecting website analytics to understand aggregate visits. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your rights and complaints
You may ask to be informed about the use of your personal information, access it, correct it, object to its processing, request restriction or deletion, or request a portable copy where applicable.
